Shipping Information
At NEX, we strive to deliver your orders swiftly and reliably. Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are typically dispatched the same day. While we do our best to process orders promptly, orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends may be dispatched the next working day. If you have an urgent order, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight and size of your order, the shipping method selected, and whether your order contains batteries or other hazardous items.
Delivery Partners
We work with multiple reliable couriers to ensure fast and secure delivery. Our goal is to deliver 95% of next-day deliveries on time, but please note that next-day services are not guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or technical issues. In case of delays, we will keep you informed and do our best to assist.
Important: We cannot refund shipping charges if delays are caused by uncontrollable factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or adverse weather conditions.

- Order Processing: Orders are processed promptly, but delays may occur during peak periods or due to courier issues.
- Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
- Unsuccessful Delivery: If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful, the courier will usually attempt redelivery or hold the parcel for collection.
