To retain full Face ID capabilities, you can transfer the infrared camera and dot projector flex cables from your original assembly to this part; however, this process requires a high level of technical expertise.

Notice:
Replacing this component will disable Face ID, as the new camera will not be linked to your logic board like the original unit.
