This front camera module is designed to restore the functionality of the front-facing camera on  iPhone 16. Please note that replacing the unit as a direct, like-for-like replacement will result in the loss of Face ID functionality. To retain full Face ID capabilities, you may transfer the infrared camera and dot projector flex cables from your original assembly to this replacement part; however, this process requires advanced technical expertise and precision.

Important Notice:
Replacing this component will disable Face ID, as the new camera module will not be linked to your device’s original logic board in the same way as the original unit.

Additional Requirements:
A software update or restore is necessary after replacing the front camera on iPhone X and newer models to ensure proper operation.
